Healing Sounds Workshop with Yan Cui

We are delighted to welcome Yan Cui to offer this workshop around the movements and sounds that underpin the 5 Organ Method of Zhineng Qigong.
Over the weekend we will learn and practice the basic movements and sounds associated with the level 3 practice known as 5 Organ Method, which is based in the 5 Element Theory that underpins Traditional and Classical Chinese Medicine.
This powerful healing practice will help to to balance and tonify the internal functions of the body.
Some practicalities:
- Both days will start at 10am and finish by 4:30pm.
- We will eat lunch together and the invitation is to bring something to share. There is a kitchen on site and we plan to offer soup and bread for everyone.
- There is plenty of parking on site, but public transport is a bit rubbish (non-existent). If you need help getting to the venue, please talk to us before booking.
About Yan Cui
Yan Cui began learning Qigong from her Grandfather in 1989, and in 1991 she continued her training at what became known as the ‘Medicine-less Hospital’ in China, where she completed a three month teacher training, specialising in Qigong for Self Healing.
In 1994, she undertook the intensive ‘Two year Teacher Training’ at the Hua Xia Zhineng Qigong Centre, with Dr Pang Ming, the Founder of Zhineng Qigong, and went on to teach other teachers at the Centre. She now lives in Canada with her husband, who she met on the 2 year training programme in Beijing.
