Lift Qi Up, Pour Qi Down – What lies behind the movement

Taking time to explore the details of both the physical and mental movement that lie within qigong is always beneficial as it helps us to unlock the potential of the practice.
This six week online course, focusing on level 1 of Zhineng Qigong known as Lift Qi Up Pour Qi Down will breakdown the movement and theory in order to help those who want to become more effective in using this practice either for personal practice or in teaching others.
The programme will move methodically through the physical movements looking at accuracy of movement and a range of related intentions. Supporting material will be available on the form, the points and intention and recordings will be available to download.
Sessions run from 7:30pm to 9:00pm on the following Tuesdays:
