5 Day ‘Soaring Crane Qigong Workshop’

“Soaring Crane,” a five-movement form – it is fun to learn and practice. The graceful and elegant movements mimic the actions of the Crane, such as preparing to fly, opening and closing the wings, hunting for fish, and movements that draw energy into the the body to energise and restore good Qi flow..
Zhineng Qigong engages the conscious use of the mind with the movements – a moving meditation to integrate body, mind, and spirit for overall vitality and wellbeing .
Calligraphy & Qigong
At some unspecified point (!) in this workshop Teacher Yan Cui will introduce Qigong Calligraphy – this will help to change our focus and the Qifield! Sounds interesting and fun!

To get the most out of this workshop it is recommended to book for the whole 5 days – we will learn a section of ‘Soaring Crane Form’ each day!

About Yan Cui
Yan Cui began learning Qigong from her Grandfather in 1989, and in 1991 she continued her training at what became known as the ‘Medicine-less Hospital’ in China, where she completed a three month teacher training, specialising in Qigong for Self Healing.
In 1994, she undertook the intensive ‘Two year Teacher Training’ at the Hua Xia Zhineng Qigong Centre, with Dr Pang Ming, the Founder of Zhineng Qigong, and went on to teach other teachers at the Centre. She now lives in Canada with her husband, who she met on the 2 year training programme in Beijing.
