£40.00 – £80.00This 6 week programme will take you through the details of the level 1 form of Zhineng Qigong to support you in both learning and refining your practice.
The combination of written material and online training will support you in relaxing into the movements and allowing the true potential of this elegant form to shine through.
The sessions will run on zoom from Thursday 28th Sept to Thursday 2nd November. The sessions start at 7:30pm and will conclude by 9:00pm.
